"Best customer service experience"
This has been my best customer service department I have ever dealt with. I have a Brydge Pro + keyboard for my surface. It was sbout 2 years old and I lost the cable that charges the keyboard and accesses the disk drive. I called to find how much it would cost me for a new cable. They just sent me the new cable no charge.

"Lovely keyboard, brilliant customer service"
I had only had my Brydge keyboard for a week before I managed to damage it. I was completely distraught, as the keyboard had very quickly become something I relied upon (It's a joy to use). I went back to using my iPad Pro without it, as I couldn't justify spending another £230 on a new one. To cut a long story short, after contacting Brydge, their support person Sara sorted me out kindly and efficiently,
So, my personal experience is that the keyboard (I have the one with track pad for the 12.9 iPad) is a really lovely thing and a pleasure to use. Also that, when I needed help, Brydge customer support gave me the benefit of the doubt and sorted out quite a serious situation with no fuss. I have been very impressed.
